Data collected
The site may receive basic server logs needed for security and delivery. Optional analytics are disabled until a visitor accepts analytics cookies. Verified review accounts are handled by Clerk, and approved review submissions are stored in Sanity. We do not ask visitors to submit medical records or health details.
Analytics and preferences
If enabled, analytics help measure aggregate page usage and site performance. Affiliate redirects record the supplier, product, placement, and timestamp without attaching the visitor’s account identity. Consent choices are stored in the visitor’s browser and can be changed by clearing site storage or using the privacy control in the footer.
Local supplier-service reviews use the reviewer’s verified account identifier to enforce one active review per supplier. Public reviews show a display name, rating, service areas, and approved text; email addresses and account identifiers are not published.
Contact and retention
Messages sent to the editorial address are used to respond, investigate corrections, and maintain necessary records. Do not send sensitive medical information. This policy must be reviewed against the final domain, hosting configuration, and business entity before public launch.
